MW Cleaner employees are always so friendly & super nice with every visit into the store. My many experiences have always been positive & extremely pleasant. My last visit I had a comforter & 14 clean shirts. I was helped out to my car with no question & she (employee, maybe the manager) was so genuinely considerate that I wouldn't think of going elsewhere:) Thank you MW Cleaners!

I enjoy my trips to and from the MW Cleaners that I use in Alden Bridge in The Woodlands. Everyone is very courteous. LOVE Beverly there!!! I really like that I get an email as soon as Jeff's shirts are ready. I generally drop them off before 10 am and continue on to do errands. When I get my email saying the shirts are ready while I am still out and about, it's great! I swing by on my way home to pick up the shirts. VERY convenient.

I've never received the $50 MW coupon for shirts even though I've traded with your company weekly for going on 4 years. I've asked the last two managers and never gotten any resolution.

MW Cleaners personnel have always treated me as an individual with warm greetings and very good service. The only complaint/suggestion that I have relates to the collar when I bring my shirts home and hang them up in my closet. I do not know what causes the collars to look as though they have not been properly ironed. For me, it is a relatively minor, but somewhat irritating, matter as my shirts are generally used in casual non-business situations. Any suggestions? I usually drop off and pick up in the mornings. The girls always recognize me, take great care of me and I always leave with a smile to start my day. My many thanks to the morning girls of MW Cleaners.

It was great they call me by my name they knew what I was there to pick up they ask if I wanted a email or a paper receipt they thanked me for my business and they invited me to come back

Everyone is really nice at the register and so very friendly. However, we really miss coupons that are targeted to our needs. Isn't there a way for MW Cleaners to see what we bring in and supply coupons that match our usage? Or start advertising in the local Valpak to provide coupons to the local community that continues to use MW services.
