Though the concierge service was nice, I ran into several issues. First, certain shirts had to be "dry cleaned" though the tags read to launder, and I asked for them to be laundered, and a phone call from customer service verified they were in fact being laundered. Apparently, if it is a polo style shirt, even if it is ran exactly like a button-up, it must be billed as dry cleaning at 3x the cost (without any dry cleaning actually being done). The door to door service can't be beat!!!
I have always had great luck with MW cleaners, but recently have not been too pleased. I love the pickup and delivery service, but it seems that my clothing comes back wrinkled and pleats and seams uneven lately. I am not sure why, but since you sent me this email, I thought I would answer honestly.
Nothing was delivered to my house, I picked up my cleaning.
My experience with MW Cleaners has been nothing but perfection. I have been doing business with them for approximately 5 years and have recommended them to everyone I know. My current valet, Jonathan Chapa, has to be the best MW has to offer. I have had 3 items torn in the last 3 weeks at Sterling Ridge MW Cleaners. We spend a lot of money on our clothes and do not want to have them damaged at the cleaners. I spoke with Jasmin about it and she was very sorry. I told her we are considering moving our cleaning to another store. I sent a bag yesterday so we will see how things turn out. I've always had good service but lately things have been getting damaged and buttons have been missing on my husband's shirts.
I recently moved & my MW Cleaners changed. The folks at my previous MWC greeted me by name. I thought changing to the MWC near my new home would be difficult - yet the young ladies that I've met at my new place have been not only professional, but kind & attentive. It was a great experience at my former MWC & I think it will be at my new MWC as well.
I came after close and a girl happen to still be there and she open the door and let me in to get my dry cleaning.
