Excellent service!! I can't believe I wasted so much time trying out other dry cleaners. I always thought MW Cleaners would be more expensive because of the drive thru and the nicer atmosphere but they're the same cost as everywhere else but the service is 100% better. I cannot say enough good things about these guys!

I had a great experience for my first time using MW Cleaners! The staff was friendly and professional. It was refreshing to see a cleaners that had a tidy front counter, employees in uniform and professionalism from the moment I walked in the door to the time I received an email thanking me for my business. I have stopped using MW cleaners. My husband's dress shirts were being ruined by the press. Even brand new shirts came back with stains on the collar, in addition to broken buttons. We tried talking to the managers, ect. and got the same response, "it's your husband's sweat." I responded, "Tell me how a brand new, never worn shirt can have sweat stains?" Well, they couldn't. The prices for regular shirt to have cleaned are way to high. I can get shirts done down the road for close to $1 less a shirt. This is without the dry cleaning specials. I can appreciate your "free" delivery and pick up but I think that is when you should charge more. If you pick up and drop off your own laundry then that should be reduced price.
Unfortunately I have had two bad experiences. The suit coat to an expensive suit was damaged, but I was reimbursed. Then a second suit I took in had the pants lost. I finally got reimbursed, but it took 3 months
Pleasant enough staff that is attentive and polite. Price for dry cleaning is nearly $5 higher per shirt than competitors. I have expensive enough shirts to warrant the thought of paying the price to protect my investment. This proved to be wrong Too many mistakes leading to damaged shirts or shorter shirt life. 7 shirts damage recently with no resolution. An attempt was made to retain my business but unfortunately there wasn't enough value in the $1700 a year I was spending with you.
I am always amazed at the level of customer service at this MW cleaners!! Every single employee is absolutely wonderful!!! So friendly- professional- caring! I have never once had anything but a perfect experience with these fine people!!! Wish all businesses were staffed and managed like this one!!!
