I always have a good experience with MW cleaners. Our clothes always look great, and it is so nice to know they are cleaned without harmful chemicals. The staff is very helpful and courteous and even remember my name! The delivery service is convenient and on time. I highly recommend MW cleaners!
Called and asked many times to crease the sleeves on my uniform shirts. Most of the time they arrive not creased or 2-3 creases which ruined my shirts! This also is the case with my uniform trousers.. Most recent delivery was not done in the morning, because the driver was kind enough to personally check my items and obviously they didn't do them right again. A manager drove and delivered them in the evening with her personal car.
I usually am pretty satisfied with my cleaning, but my last delivery, a cream blouse, looked like it was rumpled in a ball and then hung up. Not too happy with that.

I love having pick up and delivery service from MW Cleaners. That's one less thing I have on my to-do list. It makes my daily routine easier!
This isn't necessarily about The Woodlands. The staff there are very nice and helpful. My issue is with me not recieving my coupons after getting TWO of my shirts dry cleaned 20 times. I never received them, and I've tried to find somewhere to call, and I've talked to the manager in The Woodlands and I haven't had any luck. The manager there said he would talk to corporate and get back to me and has yet to contact me. I should have received those coupons a year ago.
