We use MW Cleaners on lower Kingwood Road. The staff is always so friendly and helpful when we visit. And very professional as well. My French cuff shirts (all I wear) come back on time and starched just the way I like. My suits are dry cleaned perfectly and my casual clothes and wife's clothes are always to our liking. We've tried several other Kingwood cleaners but love MW Cleaners and have no plans on switching...ever!

Extremely pleasant. Always helpful, remembering your name makes me feel like I am their only customer. The appearance of my clothing always look brand new. I know that I could go somewhere else and pay lease, but I wouldn't know if the service could match MW Cleaners.

MW Cleaners at Alden Bridge Village has the best team members working there. They are always friendly and courteous and most know their customers by name. I have never had a problem with the way my clothes look after being dry cleaned. I really appreciate receiving an email telling me my clothes are ready and how much it costs. Kudos to the team!

I use MW Cleaners in the Alden Bridge Shopping Center of The Woodlands. They are the very BEST. The people behind the counters are all very friendly/courteous. Each week I drop my husband's shirts off before 10 while I am out doing errands. Within a few hours, I receive my email that his shirts are ready for pickup along with the cost. About 2 months ago, I dropped off a dress at MW Cleaners to be cleaned for a wedding I was attending the following weekend. I told them I needed it by Saturday and they told me that would not be a problem and that it would be ready the following day. The next day, I went to the store to see if it was ready and it was not. I was not at all upset by this because they once again assured me it would be ready the following day. Not happy at all. We had an issue recently in which a dress had to be sent in three different times to have the hem pressed inward rather than flat, the way it was when I sent it in (with special instructions on the orange tag provided pointing this out). It took two weeks to get the dress back. So a few weeks ago, they pulled the dry cleaning drop off box from the complex we live in. My husband emailed two weeks ago, asking how we can go about continuing to use MW, and where we can drop off. We didn't receive a respons... read more

MW Cleaners have always done a good job for me. I have had one incident where a dress and sweater of an employee was picked up and wasn't noticed until the next time the employee wore the dress that there was food type debris hardened and stuck into the arms of the dress. This was a sweater dress and my employee did talk to someone at MW. Since then my employee had MW Cleaners clean a letterman jacket from 1994 that had never been clean.
