Terrible service. When I dropped off my clothes the employee asked for my last name and stated that she remembered me. I was suspicious because she did not look familiar and she did not want my first name or phone number. When I went to pick up my clothes, the same employee greeted me, took my last name and proceeded to bring out not only my clothes but another family's clothes. My first time using MW cleaners. The staff was very friendly and my clothes were ready on time as promised.
Great service
Delivery was fine.
I was disappointed and left with nothing to wear for my event. I was told my dress would be ready on the next day(Friday) after dropping it off, my dress was not ready until Tuesday. My event was Friday!
Not good. I'm loosing faith in your services. I dropped off my shirts last week and specifically said I wanted to pick them up, and I needed them folded. What happened, they weren't there when i went to pick them up (sent out for delivery) and they showed up on hangers. This is the second time this has happened.
The notification to iron French cuffs flat has been on our order for over 6 months. It is still not being done.
I have used this dry-cleaners since it was converted to an MW Cleaners, probably 10+ years now. I really appreciate the helpful and friendly counter staff. MW Cleaners are very good for everyday cleaning and I have had an antique tablecloth cleaned there as well as special occasion dresses. I LOVE that they are a "green" drycleaners.
Frequently each time I drop off clothes the number of items picked up stated in my notification is higher than the number of items listed once the clothes are dropped off. For example the "We've Received your Garments" email says 25 items were picked up and the corresponding Delivery Notification states that 23 items are in my locker for pick up.
