The last order went very well. However, I believe that two pair of pants and the dry cleaning bag itself went missing from a previous order a week or two ago. I asked about them, but was told they were not showing in the system. I have since thoroughly checked my home, but have not found them. Since I normally put the dry cleaning bag immediately under my sink, I'm thinking that set of items may have been misplaced at the store.
I wish I had started using this service along time ago. Having dry cleaning picked up and dropped off is such a great convenience. MW cleaners is doing a great job.
My dry cleaning smells like it was never cleaned. I've spoken to the Green Oak office 3 times, the Lake Houston office once and spoke to someone on your website to try to correct the issue. I'm not sure if the cleaning fluids are not being changed enough or what. I've also spoken to several friends who are having the same problem, two of which has changed dry cleaners as a result. MW Cleaners is the most professional/reliable dry cleaning company we have worked with. The clothes are done right 100% of the time! I only wish they cost a little less, but you definately get what you pay for! I would recommend their service to anyone.

Missing/ damaged buttons in two shirts
M&W has lost 3 of my items & will not take care of it! Aaron always promises a call back, but one item has been missing since January!!! Never calls me back.
