I am not sure if my last review went through. I had an expensive shirt with a tear and am not impressed with the quality of repair. My wife also asked that the shirt not be dry cleaned, however it was anyway. My wife and I both think the shirt looked better with the tear. Not very pleased at all.
I was not pleased with the quality of parching the tear in my shirt. It is an expensive shirt that I feel is now ruined. Even my wife said it looked better with the tear. I was also overcharged from what my wife was told it would cost. My wife also said not to dry clean the shirt, however it was done anyway. Not very pleased at all.
I have had 3 deliveries in the last few months that were delivered to the wrong address and 2 pickups that were not made. 10 or 12 years as your customer and this has never happened till the last few months.
We continue to use the MW Cleaners at Sterling Ridge due to the excellent service. Over the last year they have started to send e-mails to alert you when the cleaning is ready for pickup and this has been great in helping schedule this activity into our day.
I have generally had great experience with MW cleaners. I recently turned in several shirts for cleaning, including 1 for repair. In a few days, I received notice that the repair was ready, and found it in the locker as per instructions. I did not receive a notice about the remaining shirts. After a week, I contacted MW cleaners and found out they were in another locker. I double checked, and don't show I was sent notice of this delivery. Our garments arrived in good condition, however our driver is not picking our garments up on the normal day. I am running them to the the store and dropping them off. Additionally, I have been dealing with my MW store manager on a bag of clothes that has gone missing. I have been advised by the manager that the issue is with the driver of our route. There seems always to go something wrong or MW is not meeting their commitment to deliver with the agreed time frame. I can't give you a review for this week service, as I was not able to open my locker today, and for what ever reason my pin was changed compared to the one I have been using over the last couple of month.
I've been extremely pleased with MW Cleaners since day one. The pickup/delivery service is awesome, and the drivers are always courteous and professional.
Pleased with the service I receive from the Alden Bridge, MW Cleaners in The Woodlands. Especially like the delivery service option.
