Items have come back from cleaners not having been cleaned and had to re-send out several times. There is also a lot of 'packaging' in the shirts that seems like a waste of materials being put in the trash. As an employee of ExxonMobil I would also think it would be nice to get the 'employee discount' that you offer on campus to residents.

I appreciate the home pick-up and delivery but sometimes I get someone else's order too! It is a little weird to call a stranger up and tell them you have their clothes. Also, my account had "light starch" listed but the shirt collars come back so stiff that you can barely button the top button. I have now changed to "no starch" in the hopes that the collars will soften up. On a good note once when a shirt of ours got lost MW Cleaners eventually refunded the value when it could not be located. Overall - it is a pretty go... read more

I'm happy with the quality and service; however, when it comes to your promotion of The Shirt Off Your Back, I'm the one that has to go to customer service to receive my coupon. My cleaning ticket(08-283564) of 8/27/15 showed a shirt cleaned 20 times, but I have not received my coupon. Why isn't this an automatic e-mail?

I was not happy with my first experience. I get delivery at my job and the guy says he couldn't find me and took my stuff back and there was no communication I found out once I notice everyone had there cleaners. Then I had to wait till the next day almost at closing time to get my clothes.

I have been inquiring with my local MW Cleaners on my shirt certificates, however the store manager never returns my calls or has provided any information. I have been told them will be "emailed automatically" however, I have never received them. I get emails from MW as I received this survey, so my email address is not the issue. I am hoping someone can assist.

I had 19 pieces of laundry and it was all crammed into one of the small lockers. Surely there weren't all that many other large orders so that mine could go into a large locker. It causes wrinkles on the newly pressed shirts when they are crammed in like this (and this is not the first time). I think you need to counsel and train your delivery person. Also, my password was changed. Why? I tried several times and then had to go back to my e-mail to figure it out.

Fair warning. Staff is nice but prices are high and they will not take accountability for damaging your clothing.

I love the way that MW cleaners does my shirts. I am grateful for that. One less thing for me to do. But, they are always done very fast. And placed on hangers to prevent getting messed up. I only wish that I could give you more stars than 4.

Quite frankly, I'm disappointed. Recently I sent a comforter to be cleaned, and not only was it not cleaned it came back in worse condition then when it was sent. When returned by MWC and placed on the outdoor hook, the center support on the hanger apparently gave way and the bottom of the comforter laid on the sidewalk. And because you don't enclose the bottom of the cleaner bag, the comforter itself was laying on the sidewalk. Perhaps you should reconsider offering such services if they are provided in this manner.
