Had to re-send a shirt to be cleaned because it smelled of mildew when it was returned to me. Much to my dismay, it still reeks. It is so bad that it is hanging in my garage until I can get it properly cleaned. Very disappointing.

After failing to pick up last Friday, the clothes were delivered to the front door Tuesday instead of the back door. This after I took the bag to the local storefront and double checked with person on duty to see that the instructions on my account specified back door pickup and delivery. Current route person is not dependable as recent experiences include failure to pick upi, failure to deliver, delivery to front instead of back, lost shirts, portions of order missing from delivery, etc.

Normally, our experiance with MW is good. This time was a disaster. I dropped off 3 pieces, which were to be delivered to our home. On the delivery date, only one item arrived. After multiple phone calls, we were told our other 2 pieces were delivered somewhere else and we to be recleaned and delivered soon. Our items finally arrived about 2 weeks after the initial promised date. THEN, upon review of my credit card, we were charged TWICE for the same items. The duplicate charge was reversed. Several shirts were missing. We also put out hangers for reuse and they were not picked up. This is an annoying inconvenience.

We love the MW Cleaners up in the Alden Bridge village center. We moved to the front of the Woodlands and we will still drive back to that location because they do the best job. Beverely and the staff are great. We also frequent the Cochrans Crossing Village center location too. We've had some issues at the Cochrans location with dry cleaning having a odor/smell (like the dry cleaning fluid hasn't been changed) they will always re-due things.

David gives us superior service. The dry cleaning process is the best I have had since moving to The Woodlands almost 10 years ago. I have tried many other facilities in the past and have been very disappointed - lost and damaged clothes, fight for reimbursement etc. MW Cleaners and David are the best!! Pricing is very fair as well Quite amazing since I do not have to do anything but open my front door. Keep up the excellent work.

Jonathan Chapa is always very professing and courteous. We've always be very happy with him and he always makes sure that everything is properly taken care of. We love MW Cleaners!

Just tired of sending my clothes back 2 & 3 times to get done correctly. Specifically request heavy starch not done....then starching cuffs & creases crooked so I have to send back again finally got tires just ironed myself....so guess time to look for new cleaners.. So sad.
