I have only started using the Delivery/PickUp with MW Cleaners within the past few months. This is a life saver for me! Customer Service is outstanding and the dry cleaning is as well.

Jake our driver is great and normally I do not have a bad thing to say about MW Cleaners. However a few weeks ago our dry cleaning was left on front door in pouring rain and the bottom of shirts were wet when I got home. This is probably partly my fault but need to figure out way to keep clothes or communicate different drop of spot for weather. Also, is there a way to notify driver to hold clothes when traveling and not home?

My satisfaction with MW Cleaners is very high. My only disappointment is with your pricing on linens, which is very high. I realize you contract it to a third party, but I think you should consider a different relationship that is more reasonable and more consistent with MW's pricing.

MW Cleaners employees are all extremely Friendly, and Remember their Customers. I love the email, telling me my order is at the store _ It's always early:) I love the professional way the clothes are grouped and presented. I am very satisfied with my MW Cleaners.

My experience was NOT a pleasant one. I only used the service one time as it appeared as if the clothes had been dropped. The whole bundle had identical creases which is not something that just happens! It just wasn't worth it!!!

The cleaning service is great. Recently I tried another device that was 30% cheaper but after two weeks I could look at my shirts and tell who had cleaned which shirt by the wrinkles left from the cheaper cleaner

I am still waiting to find out about a missing shirt.i have had so many new drivers and issues with this service over this last year it used to be a convenience now it's not as much. I don't blame new drivers but management not giving them proper instructions as to where to hang clothing not on decorative front door which scratches but side door with hook on it.

I love everything about MW Cleaners. I enjoy not having to drive to the cleaners. Having my close picked up and delivered to my home is great. My clothes are always perfect. If there is a problem you call and if a button is off or a seam is open you fix the problem and it is done right. Thank you for the excellence service.

I'm so glad MW Cleaners delivers to my area. Not only are they the best cleaners I've EVER used, but having the ease of pickup and delivery makes it all the better!
