MW cleaners is awesome and I am never disappointed. My uniforms always looks great and the concierge service is very convenient!
I have been very disappointed by the service. I dropped my laundry off at the EMHC Energy Parking, 3rd floor (Nature exit) lockers on Tuesday. Thursday evening I received an email telling me that they were left at the Science Lockers because there was no room at the Bio. Lockers. I have no idea where either the Science or Bio Lockers are. When I got home, I noticed my scheduled dry cleaning delivery was not there. I immediately called the store and explained the situation and was informed that they would check to see if they could get it on another delivery that evening. Sure enough, it was delivered two hours later. Thanks for taking care of the mistake!

Excellent customer service by the delivery manager to resolve an issue with a missing delivery. I was unable to resolve the issue with the missing delivery in the Alden Bridge store front nor was I able to reach the delivery driver. The manager took the time (on what I assumed was his day off over the holiday weekend) to get involved and locate the missing shirts and see that they were delivered urgently. I requested my $50 coupon for The Shirt Off Our Back promotion for one of my laundered shirts dated 8/27/15 (reference 08-283564) by phone.I have yet to hear from anybody. Also recently I have had 3 white shirts returned to me with large tears under the arms ( which I was told was not the fault of MW Cleaners and they would not reimburse me for them. I love the fact that MW Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service. At first that service was the reason I decided to try MWC but now I stay because of the excellent cleaning of my garments and the convenience of the pickup and delivery service which has been flawless these past two years. Thank you MW Cleaners!
Well the last two times I have left clothes out to be picked up, they were not, and I took them to a local cleaners. I saw the driver pull in, stop for a moment, and then leave. When you do pick them up you do a great job, but you aren't very reliable.
