I dropped off 10 pieces. 9 regular and 1 drycleaned. When I picked them up, I had 4 drycleaned. Without a call to me, the price shot up 12-14 dollars. A call would have changed my 2-star rating to a 4-star experience.
I had a pant suit and dress shirt dry cleaned, and my dress pants now have a very strange wirey look to them. This is my only nice suit and I am currently applying to medical school so it is pretty important for me to look professional. I don't have the money to purchase another suit so I am forced to continue wearing the one ruined by MW. I will not be returning.
Horrible. One suit, one silk dress, and a 1 inch repair came to $40. They have no pricing visible nor did they tell me the amount when I dropped it off. I had a fit because my income is low. The girl at the desk, Carmen, did not attempt to help me, but instead told me that was their prices. I was very upset. I told her it was BS. I did toss my credit card on the counter and it fell down. Always do a great job. The only thing that was a shock was the price on cleaning pants. That was the first time I'd brought slacks and I was used to paying $6.78 for two items and it doubled to $13 with the pants. Don't think I'll be doing that again.
The alteration I wanted was not complete. I wished to have hook and loop installed. One hole that should have been sewed was left untouched and the hoops are so close to the edge of the fabric they are almost impossible to fasten. The clerk was nice, I showed him the unfinished sewing job. He told me to bring them back if I had a problem.
We have used MW Cleaners for a very long time because we always see great results and our clothes are delivered in great condition. After we had tried many cleaners over the yrs MW Cleaners came along and they do the job right. Professional and friendly with great results, good promotions and in our case, the best pick-up and delivery service driver. Jake is a driver we can count on. He is reliable and we know we can count on to give our dry cleaning the best care. Another reason, we stick with MW.
Just awful. And all these 5 star posts seem a bit suspicious. 20- 5 star reviews on April 7th, 17- 5 star reviews on April 6th. They even use the same names some times.
