I got the email that my clothes were ready to pick up. I went the next afternoon to get them. At first no one was at the desk and I waited several mins before a girl came. The carousel kept going and going and going. Then it stopped and was broken. They could not get my clothes. The girl just said sorry you will have to come back later we can't get to them. Dress still have sweat stains (and paid $15 per dress). No cleaning done.
Convenient service, but I still have not received my MW Cleaners bag as promised.
We choose to support MW Cleaners in The Woodlands. Their customer service is above all other businesses. Their employees greet us by name, are prompt in taking care of our dry cleaning and laundry needs, and offer assistance in walking our order to our car. Kudos to MW Cleaners - you continue to earn our business.
Love, love MW Cleaners! They always take the time to get things right and are very considerate about calling if there are any issues with the garments received. I have used them for ten years and especially appreciate the delivery and pickup service. It is always consistent and convenient. I would highly recommend!
The service at MW Cleaners in Cochran's Crossing is very good. One of the employees (and a manager) even goes out of his way to help me with getting my dry-cleaning to my vehicle every time I drop in. No matter how busy the store is, he always greets everyone and shows utmost respect. What a great fellow and this location serves so many of us here in The Woodlands. I would highly recommend this cleaners to anyone contemplating the same.
went to get a dress dry cleaned, cost $25 (which is crazy) and the dress didn't even come back clean. On top of that I received emails for 2 months after the fact telling me I have 0 items to pick up and to come get them. Finally had to call to get the emails to stop. Will not be returning.
The service started off great. Somewhere along the line pickups got missed, drops were late, and one time my rep even told me, "I didn't even pass by your street today" yet it was the day my pickups were scheduled. Never once was I offered anything free, just told oh we ll have it there tomorrow. One item was returned to me two days later with absolutely no explanation. 5 of my Joseph abboud suits were pressed incorrectly and now need repairing at the tailors. If the problem isn't fully resolved by Tuesday I'll be in contact with the manager to reimburse me for the 5 suit jackets. Very horrible experience.
