I have been with MW Cleaners for over 12 years as a customer. I am very pleased with my valet Nate and he does an outstanding job and very on time and very professional. Great job MW Cleaners and Nate!!
Did not send email telling me where to get clothes once cleaned. Had to call corporate office to find them. Desperately poor service model. While the servuce rep was able to find clothes and apologized seemed to treat as no big deal the massive inconvenience this was compared to advertised service of convenience for pick up and delivery of clothes. Not clear there are benefits to keep using service as this isnot first time this has occurred. I'm

Convenience of the delivery is great. They also replace broken buttons and use collar spacers to keep everything looking sharp. These little things go a long way in my book!
I have been using MW Cleaners for about 2 years now and overall I am pleased. However, in the past three months, I have had a pair of slacks and a blouse that have not been returned and I have written emails about this and have received no response. This morning, I put on suit pants and a blouse and grabbed the jacket...when I got to work and put the jacket on all three buttons on both sleeves are missing. Today, I am not happy.
I really like my valet, Nate. He is always polite, courteous and always helpful. I have been with MW Cleaners home delivery for almost 18 years and have had some excellent valet, but Nate tops them all. Great job Nate!
This was my first time using MW Cleaners. I felt that they were very polite and professional. I personally dropped my clothes off in the store to be dry cleaned, and right as I walked in the door an employee came and helped me. My clothes were delivered right on time, and I appreciated how the delivery person did not ring the doorbell, since I usually have a sleeping baby in the house.
