It was my first time using Tide cleaners and I have to say I was very disappointed. The gentlemen that checked in the garments assured me that I would receive my garment back completely nice and pressed. Not only was my garment still wrinkled but it took three times for them to give it back to me still wrinkled. I now havento pay more money to find someone that knows what they are doing. Sending too many emails. Send an email with a good coupon and maybe I will comeback as prices are excessive
Didn’t know about your seven-step check process so when we saw this we decided someone should know it's not working all the time. In all our years with dry cleaners we have never had to check our shirts before we left the store and at times it is not possible to check shirts when we pick up due to time constraints, etc. Since we started using tide there have been several times our shirts have not been ready to wear and we have had to press them ourselves after pickup or unable to wear. I took a large order in. When I returned to pick up my order, 4 men's shirts were missing. I was told they probably were routed elsewhere and they should be back to the correct store soon. Days went by, no shirts. I would stop in frequently and was always told this situation would be reported to a supervisor, a report made, etc. Eventually I was told the shirts were probably lost for good so we would be compensated for them ($200). 1.) First of all, I think it's ridiculous that I keep getting these emails saying that I stopped in on 12/23/2017. I'd been having my husband's shirts cleaned at MWC for years and "stopped in" at the Indian Springs location about twice a week for all those years, including the weeks following December 2017, until about August or September when we decided to call it quits.
