Lost two articles of clothing and have done absolutely nothing to address the issue. Left a note on laundry bag for valet to call — never called. Went to store and spoke to manager - again no action. Very poor customer service.
4 brand new shirts and all shrunk at a remarkable level. Plan to bring them all there with receipts for you to pay for.
When I dropped off our draperies (Pottery Barn) I was told it would be a couple of weeks to get them back. I was fine with that because they were dry clean only. They were ready in 3 days instead. I’m glad they hung on the floor before, because they were shrunk 3 inches. Luckily enough they still work being 2 inches off of the floor. I Didn’t realize DRY CLEANING would cause that. Would not bring anything back to them.
One of my top completely changes color and was faded and bleached .I couldn’t recognize it .Completely ruined.Also the shorts which has a stain came back the same . Overall dissatisfied!
All items were delivered looking good. However I did not receive my coming back $15 reward. Richard 40 Waterberry Way

The prices are terrible. A Men’s shirt is $2.49! We’ve been long time customers of MWCleaners / Tide but am considering leaving. Buttons cracked. I’m disappointed. Being robbed, Celeste
I’ve noticed that my orders in the last 6 months are being delivered late. Sometime a day later, other orders few days later. Don’t know if there is a break in communication between the actual laundry facility and the valet delivery person, but the service is going down

Loved this place when it was M. W. Cleaners. They were expensive but repacked missing or cracked buttons. New ownership has raised the prices but my dress shirts often come back with broken or missing buttons

Promised to be delivered on Tuesday.....showed up on Thursday. This happens too often. Staff are great though.
