The collars are still dirty. The sleeves are to pressed. The shirts generally look wrinkled.

I dropped one sleeveless shirt off for my first time. When I picked up my shirt my total was over $9.00. That’s absolutely ridiculous for one shirt. I will never be back!!! I will make sure to ask for pricing before I take my clothes anywhere else. I can’t believe you have any customers.

$25 to clean one item??? No thank you! I took my coat to another local cleaner instead and paid $6.99 for the exact same service.

We came to MW cleaners because they claimed to service leather items, which as it turns out is outsourced to another company. I dropped off our item for cleaning on June 13th, and did not receive any quote for our service (even after calling several times). After being assured that I would get a call with the quote and waiting over a month, we finally got a message to pick up our item on the evening of July 14th. Poor quality on cleaning and press. Had to rewash shirt at home and press myself. For as expensive as it was feel ripped off! Counter person was nice which was only good thing I can say.

I didn't like that you do not provide an actual cost at drop off. The estimate I received was lower than what I ended up paying. The service is very expensive compared to other places in the area and the final bill did not even say how much I paid per item.

I'm pretty upset that I tried a new dry cleaner that's by my house and my clothes smell like nothing was done to them. They still smell like dirty clothes. The same smell as I bought them in. I have a meeting and had to wear one of the shirts I had dry cleaned and it smelled dirty the whole day. Very embarrassing to be in a meeting and thinking you smell like dirty clothes.

The service was fine but the sticker shock when I paid for the garments took me back. Upon dropping my 4 dresses off to be dry cleaned I asked the gentleman what my total would be when picking them up. I was told 14.00, and even said wow that's amazing! When I arrived to pick up my clothes my bill was intact 55.00! I've never paid 55.00 for dry cleaning ever and wil not ever do it again. Very sad because I do a lot of dry cleaning.
