Fine but we have been missing our 2nd drycleaning bag for some time. Makes it hard to use the service on thursdays...no bag to put another load of clothes in.
Shirts are not clean, collar and cuffs show stains. This is unacceptable for dress shirts.
I did not use the woodlands location. They could not exactly locate my comforter due to technical issues. Finally received it after 21/2 weeks. For the price, was not pleased.
My experience with MW Cleaners is excellent always pick my garments up on time and return it on time too.
It doesn't get any better, only way to go!
My valet, Fabian is fantastic! Always pleasant and when I return my hanger recycle container to him, he always provides me with another and even folds it together for me. He does all of this without my having to ask. My dry cleaning is delivered on time and in excellent condition. Great job all the way around MW Cleaners!
We used MW valet for over 10 years when we lived at The Rice Downtown Houston and loved it! Now that we are in Humble, we have a problem every week with shirts that have missing buttons. The MW on Memorial would always replace broken/missing buttons and include a little hang tag on the hanger that a button was replaced. I have yet to receive a hang tag in Humble deliveries. Two buttons missing from the left sleeve of two men's dress shirts.
I continue to be disappointed with the service - my clothes were not delivered so I had to pick them up again, l had to return a shirt to remove wrinkles, and have yet to receive a coupon for the shirts that I have had cleaned over 20 times.
