I have recently written a note to MW customer service over one week ago and have still not received a reply. If MW takes seriously this mode of communication (via the web page) then please address the reason for why there hasn't been a response. My overall satisfaction with MW's service has declined over time as I have had multiple instances of lost garments and, despite very specific communications otherwise, have had multiple shirts dry-cleaned instead of laundered and pressed (much more $$ and not necessary).

I had 5 items to be cleaned. My coat was not properly cleaned, so I returned it to your Rayford location. The second time it was cleaned there was still a coffee stain on it. I just decided to not return to your location. My buckle for the belt on my coat never returned with the coat. I will not be a returning customer. I expected much better service for the money I paid to have these items cleaned.

2nd time blue jeans with same food stain it had when I sent it in Had to do request for credit card credit from the credit card company when email said $17 Versus charge on card of $46. MW cleaners never responded to my email to them on these issues The receipts have box for discount but mine is not checked so charged like $7 for one sweat pant etc?

I need someone from MW Cleaners Pflugerville area customer care to call me. Your team picked up 4 items of my clothing late December 2015 and has only returned 1 item. I consider that theft. I'd like to have this taken care of immediately. I have called customer care and left a message, I have gone to the Joseph A. Banks store where I made the purchase, no luck. Pitiful customer service.

Prices not competitive. Cannot get the exxonmobil discount for pickups at home despite being an employee. Tissue paper inserted in clothes wasteful.

Not a good experience at all. I will not be doing business with this cleaners again. I paid to have a coat cleaned. When it arrived at my home it still had stains on it, so I took it back to the cleaners. It was cleaned again but only have of the stain was removed. It was hot chocolate that wasted on me. I didn't take the coat back again, but I also noticed that the clasp on my belt was not there anymore. The price was not an issue, it was the horrible job they did on the coat.
