MW Cleaners are simply the best in all The Woodlands. Our personal valet, Frank Phelps, always sees to it that our clothes are well cared for and expertly laundered. This is a five-star company across the board!
Have used MW Cleaners for a number of years - love the convenience of their pick-up and delivery service. Do a wonderful job!
Have been a MW Cleaners customer for several years and have had a few issues. Most recently they delivered my order missing 2 shirts and one pair of trousers. One positive note, they gave me someone else's orange golf shirt; I would not be so disappointed if they had given me something that I would like; however, I do not wear orange shirts!
We have used MW Cleaners for 10 years and they have always done a great job for us! They go above and beyond every time.
Very quick turn around, but my navy nine west suit slacks had a weird pattern from the pressing, either it was too hot or there was something in the steam. I hope they aen't permanently ruined. the other 5 items were ok.
I dropped off my clothes on Monday (13th) midday at the woodlands MW location and was told that they would be delivered to my home on Wednesday (15th). Wednesday came around around the clothes were not delivered. I called the MW location and they told me that they were still at the woodlands location. They did not offer an reason for the mix-up. Johnathan, our concierge, is an amazing fellow! He is kind, polite, prompt, understanding, a terrific problem solver. Always brings our items back on track me as promised. We are so thankful to him and the entire MW cleaners team. Thank you for everything!
The stain on my blouse was still there, the blouse was not cleaned properly. This was my first time to MW and I would not want to come here again.
