I asked you please just helm ...do not clean. You shrunk my shirt.
For the most part, the service is great, and the store attendants display great customer service. There are those times where this is a lack of quality assurance where clothes are not cleaned properly, and it is up to the customer to discover. Some of the stains I have found on my clothes were clearly obvious and I don't have time to take each garment out one by one and do a physical inspection right there in the store, not to mention the delay it would cause for other customers. I have used traditionally another local dry cleaning shop for many years. Lately their quality started to slide and be at times unacceptable. As such, I checked out all the other cleaners around my location. MW was one of them. What I can say is that the quality and service offered by MW is unparalleled by any of the other shops I tried. The only issue is the prices which are significantly higher than the other cleaners (specially for dry cleaning pants, jackets, etc). They lost my husband's Nautical golf shirt. The 2nd time he's lost a shirt there. Otherwise, the service is normally good.
had to bring in pair of pants that were damaged. they were repaired but it is frustrating that the team didn't NOTICE the damage and fix it before it was delivered to me. The button/rivet was mangled and the pants material was torn! how is that not noticed???
There were gray/blackish marks on my new dress and I was very displeased. At this time, I do not intend to bring any other items in for cleaning.
Always on time and extremely nice customer service. There are spots that I get like grease from food that MW should be able to get out and it seems they don't. Seems like more care should be taken. Also when there is some touch up sewing from a split seam on a pair of pants I would think that MW would automatically fix that and go ahead and charge me. MW could tell me if I say I'm not going to pay, but note on account and no longer do it.
These guys are super PROUD of their services! So over priced and not all that either. I use Dry Clean Planet now after paying over $25 for a regular dress to be drycleaned.
Normally I am pleased with MW Cleaners. This time I had to return to pairs trousers for a redo. The pants had been pressed with 2 seams (train tracks) despite the fact that when dropping off I said do not put in double pleats. A disgrace. One pair of pants was new and the first time for cleaning. I was quite upset. The redo turned out OK for no charge.
