I bring my clothes to your drop off box at my work, you pick them up and they are back in a secure locker the next day. Best Service every! The reason I switched to you was my last cleaners of 12 plus years ruined a brand new shirt. The service was down but this was the last straw. The lady (owner) told me that I ruined the dress shirt in my garage - end of discussion on her part. However, you could tell that the damage to the shirt was chemical or bleach - I work in an office. My order is always ready looking spectacular. I do not even have to say my name, just walk in and, poof, my clothes are ready to go!
If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that one. First, let me start by saying that the service i receive at the actual mw cleaners drop off location on 2920 is always wonderful... A staff full of gracious and helpful women always try their best to be kind and helpful. They go out of their way to be 100% professional and courteous. We truly appreciate them. My MAJOR complaint however is what happens to my clothes at the actual cleaning plant/location. They constantly crease golf shorts that are clearly... read more
I have always for the most part been satisfied with MW cleaners, however, I think you need to come down on your prices. Also, I do not like to have that white tie on my hangers holding my cleaning to gether. I wish the back office would read my instructions that everything is to be hung by the waist. I hate it when I have to wait for the front office to fix my order. Should not be there job. Please hire people that know how to read english and able to follow the instructions. Thank You.

Laundry was not back the same day and was dropped off before 7AM Received it the next day around 11AM -- I had to pay for the laundry On a regular drop off --I do not receive a delivered email Til after 7PM instead of when it arrived-- like in the past
I have used MW Cleaners twice. Both times I they did a great job. However, the second time, everything was dry-cleaned, even men's cotton shirts that should have been laundered. When I brought my cleaning in, I was told they would determine and separate the laundered and dry-cleaning. My bill was very expensive and reflected everything was dry-cleaned. I had even given them a $5 off coupon. When I got home and looked at my bill, the $5 was not deducted. I felt ripped off and will not be returning to MW cleaners.
Your cleaning is the best ever seen. The only thing I don't like is sometimes the shirt colars are not down in the back on the on laundry and the shirts that are dry cleaned. If you could get that worked out I would appreciate it. Thanks
