I have been happy with everything . The only thing is a few shirts have come back with out coller buttons missing .
21$-probably won't be back. The clothes were clean and awesome presentation but I had sticker shock at the 21$ price tag for three non-blouse shirts
very poor service. wrong clothes delivered to my residence. clothes not picked up. when asked to speak to regional manager when these problems were not resolved store manager refused to give me any information as to how to go up the chain of command. plus i am missing clothes
I called ahead to make sure you could clean the bed topper for my waterbed, you said yes, two days later you call and tell me you can't clean it! Had to sleep in the guest room for 3 nights!
I had a cupon at the time I picked up my cleaning that was for more than the one I put in the bag. I was told To late we already applied the lesser one. Not happy with your responce.
New cleaning process has caused loss of 8 buttons on shirts I have dried cleaned with you for the past 5 years and newer shirts. The request to replace buttons is completed about 50% of the time. I usually have to ask for a re-do on sewing buttons. Staff 2 or 3 years ago were educated and professional (young gay black man & tall dark haired caucasian who looked italian). The way the barcode tags are placed on our close can be seen when worn, also it is not consistent to what was explained to me by your employee. Also they do not always follow instructions listed on our profile to not fold sweaters, they will hang half of them and fold some others, I had to bring my suit pants back because a crease was pressed across them half way down the legs.
the first two times I took my shirts in, I was told a date they would be delivered and they did not show up. The 2nd time, I was told they made a mistake telling me it would be delivered on that day because it was after the cutoff time. I would have picked them up if that was the case. I was told, I wouldn't get my shirts for 5 days. Luckily, I was able to pick them up in time for work.
