My experience on this particular issue was frustrating. I brought my clothes in because I had to many for the bag. I had asked that they be delivered twice and if I made it in time for Tuesday delivery. I was told no, it would be Friday. I said no problem. Then I received an email Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday saying my clothes were ready for pick up. I called to verify that the clothes would be delivered, I was told yes. We are very dissatisfied with your prices. $175.00 is way to much for us! We may have to go somewhere we can afford!
Usually a good experience, but lost some clothes a few times over the years. Put a coupon in the bag with clothes each time, but every once in a while did not get credit, so have to check each ticket each time. When they tell me I have a store credit, I don't always see it on my tickets, so have to ask about same to make sure i receive what is owed me. People working there are always friendly and try hard to keep wheels on wagon.
We have been customers for years, first with the Ellis's and now with M&W...loved Tonie who was the manager of the Champions Forest/Cypresswood HOuston location...she was transferred and thus since then not the same...for example, told the clerk that we had two pieces, my man's shorts and my wife white pants with same marks on them and was obvious from cleaning the past time thus could not wear...they noted, but did not give credit...then this past time, charged us more than the email said and when we called, said, oh, that ... read more
Not separating the clothes correctly and laundering silk (Tommy Bahama) - texture of the clothes are ruined and shrunk. Wish they would have listened when I dropped off, that's why we stopped going.
Can you at least provide more coupons for customers like me who spend hundreds of dollars with you every month.
I feel that I receive good quality dry cleaning services. I also work by sayings "if better is possible, good is not enough". The staff is always very courteous and even remembers who I am, a big kudos, though the quality of the dry cleaning is not consistent. I have received shirts back and honestly had to press them myself again. Some shirts do not seem to last and start fraying at the sleeves, button holes and collars. I specified light starch and folded shirts and received heavily starched shirts on hangers. An unusual but significant mistake.
Experience was good. Staff is very good and very responsive. Only issue I had was that one shirt collar button was torn.
