The clothes you returned were dry cleaned beautifully, but I did not receive my MW cleaner bag back when you dropped off my clothes the last time. I can't send you any more clothes until I get a bag.
Laundry service for shirts is great-- convenient, easy, and generally reasonable. The dry cleaning service for slacks is equally convenient and easy, but twice the price of local cleaners and I've found the convenience isn't worth the extra expense for dry cleaning.
Overall I am happy with the service however the QA is slipping. Laterly my clothes have been returned with missing buttons on shirts and pants. I would like to see better QA before items are delivered.
May I ask if the coupons I am enclosing with each and every pick-up plus delivery are being applied to my orders? It appears I enclose coupons each time and I do not know if they are getting processed/applied each time. May I also ask what the typical "price per piece" is with and without use of coupons?
Horrible, you ruined several items and lost one completely. Will never use this service again or recommend to anyone.
Everything was normal. The only thing that concerned me was that I dropped off my clothes on a thursday, expecting them to get picked up on friday, went on tuesday to pick them up, and they where still there. Didnt get my stuff until one week later...
We just moved into the area, and tried another dry cleaners in the area with great disappointment. Loved MW Cleaners on Yelp, and was extremely impressed with their customer service and quality of dry cleaning. We have now found "our" dry cleaners!
I was a bit disappointed that I had a ticket for 2 shirts that were dropped off but I was not "in the system" so the shirts could not be located. After asking that the inventory be looked through to try and find them, they were eventually found. The ticket on the dry cleaned shirts had no name on them. But I had a ticket with my name and the items that were dropped off. Hopefully this is just a one time situation......
You were understaffed. I waited over 10 minutes to get my cleaning and the line was out the door.
