While the cleaning services have been appropriate, the customer service skills are greatly lacking specifically from a young gentleman who has an ID badge that says he is the counter manager. If he's a manager and has this poor of customer service skills, then in makes sense why the rest of your team is lacking. They're probably just following suit.
I really like your services, however I would like to see lower pricing. I have even discussed going back to my previous cleaners solely because of the costs.
Overall it was just ok, the hem of two pairs of brand new pants has to be redone after getting them cleaned here.
always ready. only comment would be that sometimes the collars on the laundered shirts are not pressed down correctly and we have to touch it up before he wears it with a tie.....otherwise, no real problems.
I had to return a garment that was not cleaned properly. Obvious stain was missed. Hoping to get better results next time. Will try you guys again. Just aggravated about the extra trip and lack of attention to detail.
I was caught with needing my slacks cleaned and pressed. I called around and no one could have them out by Saturday, September 12. All other cleaners said it would be Monday. I drove about 20 miles to put my slacks in your cleaners. The one on Spring-Cypress near Tomball. I live in Humble by Bush Airport. They told me on Friday, sure, we can get them out on Saturday evening. I left them, glad that I would be able to get them out on Saturday. I did not receive all of my clothes back that I dropped off
More professional attitude by the staff than in the past. One shirt was missing a button once I got home. Took it back and it was taken care of.
The team failed to identify the included instructions and apply the coupons, again. My personal valet Gabriel Diaz contacted the Highway 6 store to get the over charge reversed. This is the third time the Highway 6 store has made an error in the last three visits. The only reason you are getting two stars is because of Gabriel.
