For 6 years I was a client of me cleaners sadly I have not gone back and found a new cleaner. There has been a big turn over at the 290 and Cypress location. Just recently dropped off some clothes which ended up lost for a month which was put under another name and under my phone number..the second time in the same month dropped off a top that was arty clean only which I got back that was ruined which I was told to take it back to the store I purchased it at. I was completely dissatisfied and was scammed. I was asked to try your services and I was told that the first MW wash & fold was free. I was even shown a promotion flyer that said the first load was (Friday Sep 25th). free by the lady at the counter, I went ahead and handed in the filled trial bag on Sep 26. I was given a ticket telling me that I can pick it up on Monday 29th. This lady also told me that the service would be free. I also received an email acknowledgment. I had suit pants & suit jacket dry cleaned & those came out good. I also had 4 men's shirts laundered & ironed. 2 of the shirts came out fine but 2 of the shirts looked awful. They redid the 2 shirts that looked bad. I went back to pick them up & they still looked awful & wrinkled. Once again they redid them & I picked them up this morning. One shirt really looked bad with starch spots on it. I could have done a better job on the shirts than they did all 3 of the times they did them. I thought they would do a bette... read more

I prefer this dry cleaner than any other The only thing was that in the front desk I ask if she could label the pants to not be creased in the middle but she forgot to label it . Not looking for anyone to get in trouble.

I had another very bad experience. The notes and comments which I have request many times of my laundered pants were not performed. I have had this issue many, many times. I have spoken to many managers and have never been given a satisfactory response. I feel that my previous comments and remarks are not being addressed adequately or in a professional manner.

Took a couple shirts in along with a $5 off coupon. When I went to pick up my shirts, I waited a long time in the drive thru while 2 employees were talking and laughing. The guy that came out took my credit card without telling me a price. When he brought out my shirts and recipt, they never applied my coupon. I questioned it and the guy told me he'd have to talk to a manager later on and then maybe I could get a credit on my acct.
