The overall MW experience has sharply declined in years. Due to ongoing quality issues over the last 12 months I have ceased using MW. As a long term customer this grieved me.

Very disappointing. I was excited to visit new store right outside of our Subdivision but when I was charged almost 40 dollar after 50% discount for cleaning normal office clothes about 15 shirts and 5 pants, all the excitement was gone. I don't have issue paying what is due, the fact that rates are intentionally not shown on the store and not discussed with first time customers is what bothers me. Overall service has been slipping lately. No getting shirts with poor ironing around the collar or folded collar against other shirts hanging in the bundle. Several time on or more shirts is a day late. One time my laundry was left in the bin for an extra day. Yesterday I was at the drop off at exactly 9:00 am only to find out the pickup had already occurred. Approximately 3 months ago I rated and informed you about the lack of customer service from MW Cleaners and I received no response from the MW Cleaners management. My experience continues to remain significantly poor. I am currently deployed with the US Navy but I respectfully request MW Cleaners to contact me so that I know you care about my loyal patronage of your business. The past three times I had my shirts dry cleaned, they came back with huge creases down the middle.

Used to be a reasonalby priced charge for cleaning items, but I am unable to use delivery option, so drop off and pick up....but feel pricing is charging me for delivery anyway, as it keeps rising $$$ out of sight. Looking at changing cleaners soon due to pricing.......... Donald

It was good and the dry cleaning was done on time however, my coupon was not honored. I included the coupon in the dry cleaning bag and it was still valid but not reflected on my bill. I am disappointed.

Not enough attention is paid to collars and sleeves to make sure they are not wrinkled when pressed.

The service was good and employees were very helpful. However, I didn't anticipate that they would charge over $1.00 more PER ITEM than my old cleaning service. That's almost double the cost without any appreciable difference in the final product.
