This was my first time trying out the cleaners. Only about half my order was ready when promised and the clothes that we ready still had stains on them. Not a very good first impression.
The quality of your service was very poor. My clothes were destroyed due to si much starch in my shirts.
delivery is fine, cleaning is fine.
On the last three orders, (1) pair pants were late, eventually arrived a few days later. On the last order, (1) shirt is missing. So far not impressed. I'm no stranger to your service, I having being using MW for a few years. I know you can do better.
MW Cleaners has a great team ! I have tried other cleaners and they have ruined my clothes and then blamed anybody but themselves ! You get what you pay for in a dry cleaners.
I needed two pair of slacks shortened and the seamstress measured the length despite my inability to stand properly for her - I'm handicapped , not drunk. this morning I put on a pair, proper length, beautifully pressed - I'm looking GOOD. I went to Forestwood
You guys lost a special pair of my shorts. I'm very unhappy.
Customer services was very good. However when I received my women's suits back they were folder over the hanger instead of long ways. The inside lining of my slacks where the knees are were bunched up on both sides making it uncomfortable for me the day I wore them. The left leg crease of my slacks was not centered. This was my first visit to the cleaners and I sent way to much money to walk around like this. I had 6 items and have not checked the others yet.
