Terrible job on my shirt, it's was wrinkled... First time with an issue
Really disappointed with my first time use of MW Cleaners. I took them a tremendous amount of clothes and not expecting special treatment, just same day service as advertised and quoted by the clerk that checked in my clothes. I had a funeral the next day and had to break out my own iron and wear clothes I had to go buy because they were not ready on time. Never using your services again. Ridiculously expensive for one pair of pants and a dress that were barely in need of cleaning! The dress was hand wash , I should have done it myself before paying your kind of prices. And what with the sliding scale and no explanation of why it cost as much as it did? The pants were worn twice and were nor even soiled. Just wanted them freshed up. Never again! I'll find somewhere else that's cheaper for sure.
The clothes were fine, the cost was more expensive than several others in my area so I will not use them again - we use them for our office needs. Some branches do not offer same day service as well.
Good service but way to expensive I will be shopping for another cleaners
