Dress shirts continue to be returned with both collars and sleeves not looking good. They have wrinkles and look bad. More attention needs to be paid to the details.

I've been using MW Cleaners for at least 15 years now and sadly I have to say that I'm disappointed in the service that I'm currently receiving. I have not made the decision to change cleaners but I would like the opportunity to discuss the matter with someone from the company.

The people I spoke with seemed to have really "Bought Into" the company culture of MW Cleaners which really led me to believe this is a great company!

Expect at some point in time that MWC would adjust the very good customer accounts to reflect the discounts that are applied, but only after a damn coupon has to be printed and inserted into the bag of dirty laundry. They get lost and not applied, but mainly the hassle of having to print and insert. I drop off clothes every week...sometimes twice per week, so you should listen to your customer base if you are going to ask for comments.

I still label my jeans to get correct. IE: No Starch / No Crease Levi's Only XXH Starch / with Crease Wrangler / Cinch Only

I am very dissatisfied with the alteration that I had done. It was simply shortening a strap on an apron and it is the worst job I have ever seen. I will not be bringing it back to make it right because obviously the person doesn't know how to do it or it would have been done right to begin with. I set no time limits on it and it was done the next day. I would have preferred they kept it a week if it would have looked like someone that wasn't a beginner sewed it. I recently sent a pair of pants to be cleaned at MW because there was an unsightly spot on them. I used the drive thru option at the Highway 6 and Dulles location. I get home and proceed to put on the pants for an work and find that the same spot is still there! I was furious because I had no other pants to wear at the time so I had to walk around the whole day with them on. So embarrassing.
