I took various items to get cleaned my shirts came back with incorrect creases and one of the shirts had pencil marks on the front.
Our delivery person Beverly is such a great person. Dependable, trust worthy and all ways there for me when I have a problem. Your laundry service is sometimes hit and miss. Here recently I sent on a brand new white lace duvet cover to be laundered and press it came back with permanent stains on it. Needless to say I am very disappointed with it. Most times I don't have to many problems.
I am very dissatisfied with your service lately. Shirts are over starched. Items get lost. Quality control is lacking. My driver (Juan) is good, but the cleaning service is poor. If this does not improve I will switch cleaners.
always love our dry cleaning - I only wish at times they would use less tissue paper. I feel like it is such a waste for you guys.
I keep get charged for dry cleaning when none of my clothes require dry cleaning.
I still haven't received my shirts. They were not delivered this week. I assume we'll have to go pick them up again — like we've had to the past several times. We don't seem to be getting pickups or deliveries any more. Have had to drive to the store the last several times.
My pick up and delivery are great; however I have asked for our jeans to be laundered with light starch instead of dry cleaned, and so far it hasn't happened. We also continue to get shirts back with broken buttons that I have to replace because my husband won't wear them. Depending on the outcome when I get them back tomorrow will determine if I continue to use the service.
Usually your service is without complaint. I've used your services for a while now. Not ever have my clothes been delivered to a different address as it had this last time. Now, I have had 3 pair of my docker pants lost (maybe delivered to a different address & they were kept). However I was compensated for them.
I am not disappointed with the cleaning or delivery. What I am disappointed with is the fact that the past deliveries have stated that things were done to clothes but not done, for example collar stays replaced and they were not. Just makes me concerned about anything else not being done that is supposed to be done
