I dropped off a vintage pig suede jacket that was from my grandfathers closet. they said two weeks. about 3 1/2 weeks I gave them a call. Couldn't find it so they gave me the phone number to the other cleaners they sent it off too. They couldn't find it. Your staff is outstanding and very pleasant, I would give you 5 stars for that, the email letting me know they are ready is wonderful the only issue I had is I asked for heavy starch on my jeans and and when I got home with them it was like I starched them at home with can starch, and it seemed like the only part of the jean that got starch were the legs and nothing above that. Okay. Overall I'm pleased. The service was great and the cleaning was speedy and very well done. Only issue I have is the buttons on the sleeves of my son's dress shirt got melted when it was pressed I guess. I know it isn't an overly expensive shirt, but that was very disappointing since he's only worn the shirt once.

Too over priced. I'm spending $200.00 a month for dry cleaning shirts. You only offer coupons for thins nobody needs.

Asked for shirts not to be stuffed with tissue. Came back with no stuffing, and no collar prep or fixtures so the collars now look terrible

Over the last few months I have had several instances where the quality control on damage buttons on shirts that have been cleaned are broken and not replaced. I would appreciate it if this was taken care of like it has been in the past. When you get ready for work at 5 am and put your business shirt on for work you do not want to take the shirt off hang it up again and try to find another shirt that matches what you have already put on. Appreciate the help in correcting this situation

I have been a customer of the original Nesbits cleaners and now MW Cleaners since 1988. I am willing to pay a higher price for the Opportunity to have my clothes and those of my family dry cleaned, pressed, and laundered carefully and professionally. Was very disappointed in your altering and hemming. I asked for two dress pants to be hemmed and all you guys did was put one thick thread through the bottom of the pants that had two points sewn. If I knew you would take terrible of a job I wouldn't have brought my pants. And you charged $20 for that work.
