I took three items--2 shirts and 1 simple dress--the total was $29! I had looked on the website before for pricing, and all it said in the FAQs was that pricing is competitive in the area. $29 for 3 items is NOT competitive! I could have gotten the shirts done for $2 each and the dress for probably $6. Oh well, I decided to pay it and then just not go there any more. Then I got home and looked at the items. My husband's shirt was not pressed at all! It was rumpled all over. I took it back for it to be redone. I am not a high... read more
Almost 3 times higher prices than we have been paying at other cleaners. I fail to see the justification for the high prices.
The rates are not comparable to other dry cleaners in the area, though the service is better. Good Luck.
I expected to pay more for the “Tide” brand, but didn’t expect such a high premium. The people were extremely nice though.
The last set of shirts I had washed and pressed (approx. two weeks ago) came back with the collars of almost all the shirts messed up, pressed almost an inch too high. The one shirt that has pleated hems on the short sleeves was also messed up, with the hems folded down over half or more of the sleeves. I had to manually re-iron every one of the shirts to try to fix the bad pressings. I have been using this location (formerly MW Cleaners) regularly for more than five years and have never had this much trouble in a single ... read more
We moved from Cypress and decided to try a different dry cleaners. We had less pieces than we normally do because Monday had been a holiday. We typically pay around $25 for a weeks worth of dry cleaning. Our bill was about $65. Ridiculous!! Almost 3 times what we normally pay and we had less than normal. Will not be back or recommend.
Poor customer service and the price changed from dropoff to pickup..
I am still awaiting resolution from a pickup on January 3rd. My Donna Karan silk euro shams have been ruined. I have been referred twice to different people. I pay for a premium service provider so that when these things occur, they are handled swiftly. I was asked to come back to the store to bring the items, very inconvenient—pictures should suffice for 2 pillow shams. Once I returned to store, I fully expected the store manager should have the authority resolve concerns. At least under a specified dollar amount. ... read more
I have 1 complaint . And only 1 . You guys are way too expensive. I just had back surgery and you guys were closer than my regular cleaners. It cost me $37 for 3 shirts and 4 jeans. I typically would get that same price for around 12/13 pieces. Not seven. Also i typically spend $100/ $150 a month on dry cleaning . With you guys it would cost me over $300. That’s a car note. Quality was fine but priced way out of the market
