Since the merger with MW, the lack of attention to detail,constant mistakes, and repeated damage to my clothes has me looking for a new dry cleaner.

I had a shirt that had the buttons knocked off previously by your cleaners, one on the collar of a shirt and the other on my tux pants. I flagged this this time, the buttons were NOT replaced. Plus one of my shirts has spots on it that was not on it when it was picked up, The pick up and delivery was good.
Well i called before i went because i needed a dressed just pressed and needed to know the price because it was a ball gown so i called the west rd and the beltway location the lady told me they could do it so i bought the dress in on friday the 17but when i got there was told i needed to go to the main location because they werent sure if they could do it or not so i went there they assured me tht ot could be done i left and was told it wld be done by closing well i went and picked up the dress on sat morning 18th at about ... read more

Getting very expensive. Over $9 for cleaning one jacket. You provide coupons for men’s polo shirts and comforters. Why not a general coupon to help cut that expensive jacket cost.
Cost were way to high, I was paying on average $5 per shirt, for launder and light starch. Found one closer to home that does a great job for 60% less.
I received my cleaning back today from Thursday's pickup, and I have to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed. My pants are all covered in lint and hair, and one pair was folded AND pressed incorrectly. On the load before this one, I sent several brand new shirts, and one of them came back missing cuff buttons. Needless to say, I will no longer be using Tide Dry Cleaners. The increase in price was bad enough, but now that the cleaning isn't done properly, there is absolutely no benefit it using your services.
Service is timely. Service is more expensive than others in the area. Since changing from MW to Tide, almost every batch of shirts I get back has missing buttons.
