Way overpriced. They hung the pants against the crease. Paper stuffed up in shirts falling out not even close to being worth the money

I tried taking my clothes to your Louetta/Grant location today (Wednesday AM), but they no longer do "one-day service." In fact, they don't do 2 or 3-day service. I was told my cleaning "may" be ready in 4-days. I need the clothes for my profession and can't wait 2, 3 or 4 days for your service! So, i'll find another cleaners that wants my business and can return my order in a reasonable time. Good bye...

My first (and last) experience. Employee on Tuesday morning was unorganized. Came out without a basket, clipboard. Never asked how I wanted my laundry done. Never gave a price. Pick up was much better, far more efficient and professional. Your prices are outrageous compared to other cleaners.

I took in a king size comforter with a stain on a Thursday. I was told the price that was less than I had paid for a similar comforter at another cleaner. I was also told it would be ready on Tuesday, I received a text message the next day, Friday, that it was ready...the stain was removed. I had an opportunity to text back for express pick up. When I arrived they were there with my comforter and placed it directly in my car for me. All the people I spoke to were professional. I would highly recommend this cleaners.

Not so good. I think I’m done with Tide Cleaners. It was wonderful when it was MW Cleaners, but not now with Tide taking over. Prices have gone up- even week to week for same item. Also, charging me .27 for the dry cleaner orange bag to put items in is ridiculous. Finding another cleaners after 16 years with MW Cleaners. :(

My experience with Tide Cleaners is, I can NOT consistently receive 1 (ONE) crease and stay with that crease on my pants. I use your “Special Request Form” every time I use Tide Cleaners requesting 1 (ONE) crease! I think one crease would be the standard an a special request shouldn’t be necessary.

In the past 3 weeks I have had 8 J Hilburn custom shirts be damaged or shrunk. The first 2 I received some story about why... but I find it hard to believe that both shirts would be frayed in the exact identical place in 3 separate areas. I was told it was because of starch. When I mentioned that my shirts are not suppose to be Starched they offered to launder to remove the starch. 6 J Hilburn custom shirts were picked up and promptly returned as they were all way to small. My 15% off coupon did not apply toward $42 worth of dry cleaning as promised. I waited for over 6 minutes for an assistant manager to walk to the desk to correct the error. After I continued to ask for the discount as stated on the coupon, I finally received the discount. Poor customer service !
