People were very nice. Cleaning was poor as many stains remain on my sportsjacket
Was not informed about the ridiculously high prices. Paid $126 for 17 items. Was told I would have items same day and didn’t. I had to call to get a explanation and still not happy with the answer.
I took my son’s letterman jacket in to have it dry cleaned. This was the third dry cleaner I tried to get to clean it. Not only were they professional and did a great job, but they promised the jacket on Wednesday and it was ready on Monday two days early!
The customer service was wonderful and the employees were helpful! My issue is with the price. I had four pairs of pants washed and used the coupon and paid $15, which means without the coupon it would be over $30! No wonder the prices aren’t posted. I used yall for location and convenience but next time will definitely be going to my little hole in the wall cleaners with better pricing and same quality.
I continued to request one (1) crease in my pants including my suit slacks using the ID card provided with the garment bag. I’ve verbalized my request many times to no avail. I tried the cleaners just down the street; I get one (1) crease, every time! My wife has had continuous issues also. She now uses the cleaners down the street! We’re happy now!!! No need to contact us.
Your staff are great courteous efficient and helpful, but your prices make it impossible to do business with you... $28.00 for 2 sweaters and 1 pair of pants.. sorry, that’s out of wack.
Too expensive
All the clothes I had washed didn’t have a clean wash smell. That it normally would if I was to wash it with tide. Would not recommend.
Too expensive, 2 cotton pants and 3 T-shirts, I paid $36.42!!
