The day I drop off my clothes. I showed one of the lady my 30% off coupon. Yesterday's I came to picked up my garments. The lady did not took 30% off my total.
Was told that you could do heavy starch, shirts appear to have no starch. Not wearing and taking to another cleaner
I provided a discount code, emailed to me ( I receive them weekly) when I dropping off my clothing. Upon picking it up, no discount was applied. I asked why to looks of we don’t know what your talking about. My card had already been run and so the manager said that they would give me a credit. I would like to see what that credit is.
Need to change invoicing for delivery items. Quality is good , delivery is good, but invoicing needs to be simpler and not have to go to internet to understand invoice!

Best Service Ever
I dropped off two shirts (one blue one off-white) to be dry cleaned. When I picked up the shirts after being notified they were ready, the off-white shirt was extremely wrinkled and looked like it went through the laundry instead of dry cleaned - they did not even bother to iron it. The shirts are a linen/rayon blend which means if I washed the shirts instead of dry cleaning (which is what the shirt label calls for), they would shrink, and it look like the off-white shirt had shrunken. The alterations on my dress were done wrong. I only wanted the hen taken up and I had it marked with a safety pin. The dress was being held on the hanger my a clip on the back of the dress and someone took it upon themselves to ignore the instructions written on the order and took the dress in A lot!! Thanks God my dress still fit me and I was only charged for for actual order I placed for the hem.
First you inadvertently charged my credit card $450. Said it was a mistake Then you ruined a dress of mine, to which you compensated, after a month of , but I hso much time and effort for compensation, especially the fact I was sick Thirdly, I had 15 pieces of dry cleaning that cost me over $150. You do a great job but with todays climate of worldly events, you can do much better working with community. Now you are price gouging. I cannot in good conscience recommed you to anyone at this time
