Bought back clothes that did not belong to me.
Yall lost a pair of my work pants and I was never even called about it $50.to replace them so I took my cleaning to a different place !!

I brought 7 items to Tide cleaners. 3 pair of pants, 1 short sleeve summer blazer, and 3 short-sleeved tops (one was laundered) The price $66.71. The quality of work was below par, unsatisfactory. When I called to question this outrageous price, I was told, "yeah, well that's our price." Unconcerned and uncaring. Tide will NEVER rob me again-guarantee!
I will not be back. Charging $22 to clean a short cotton dress is ridiculous!
I took three brand-new dresses to have them steamed, and when I got home, they were still wrinkled, and I had to re-are in myself. The time before that I took several addresses to have dry cleaned and two came back shrunk! They’re awful, expensive to do such a poor job.

Was told it would cost $8 to hem my jeans. When I picked them up, my cost was $21. Totally unacceptable on any level. After much discussion, manager agrees to reimburse me. Won’t use them again for any laundry needs.
