Fast and simple. Associate appearance could be better, as far as attire.

My order was returned to the wrong store. Took us 30 min to find the order and I’m still waiting to hear that it was returned to the proper location.
I dropped off a bag of clothes and told the attendant that everything in the bag was to be laundered, not dry cleaned. I handed her a printed "You've Been Missed" coupon for $15 that was recently mailed to me from Tide Cleaners and asked her to apply it to the bill. She said that the order would be ready after 6:00 PM the next day. I came back several days later to pick up and one item was dry cleaned, the discount was not applied and one item was missing.
