Hi, my most recent experience using the MW Cleaners service was not very good and the opposite of my usual no-hassle experience with your company. Issue# 1 I work in Chase Tower building downtown so I use your drop-off/pick-up station at that location. I received email 2 days after drop off to pick up my clothes and was given my locker number to use with my PIN. My PIN# did not work and when I attempted to call my valet, Kurt, he did not answer. The five stars apply to the three women who work at the Shepherd location, who are wonderful! Recently, MW has burned a hole in a nice linen blazer and lost a blue camisole. I can't stand all the tissue paper, but apparently it's not an option. Twisty-ties keeping hangars together only need one twist! I'm considering going elsewhere after years of using MW. Sadly. I'll miss Tiffany and Mary!
The quality of service is unsurpassed. Would never consider any other dry cleaner.
I turn in my dry cleaning every week and tape my coupons to the bag string, about 1/3 of the time they never apply the coupons to the order. Its so frustrating because they are the discount coupons YOU email to me. The dry cleaning portion is good and wish you would actually look for missing buttons and replace them instead of me having to pin a marker to the missing button spot. Also the credit to Men's Warehouse is nice I've gotten several hundred dollars worth because of how much dry cleaning i do at your location.
My clothes were not clean, so I decided not to continue with this service.
The people working at the store on Buffalo Speedway are very helpful and nice. I think your service for regular dry cleaning is soon....overpriced! Since you don't offer coupons it except for the monthly coupon, which I can't usually use, I am trying out other cleaners. Perhaps if you used much less wrapping on your shirts it would help cut the cost. My husband hates to unwrap all the shirts, it takes him about 15-20minutes.
You did not get the stains out! For the prices you charge, you should have.... Not happy!!!!!
We were extremely disappointed in MW Cleaners. Not only did they over charge for 5 shirts when there were 4, but they ruined 1 of them with a spot that couldn't be removed. Then they charged us for a dirty bag when it wasn't. We will not be using your service again. James Wilde
In almost every way you do a good job.I don't think you have ruined anything I've had cleaned. I must say, though, that the plastic hangers are clumsy and it is hard to hang a blouse back onto the hanger. I usually throw away the hanger/paper/plastic. Keep it simple. I have been disappointed in your "specials". When you advertise half-price cleaning of comforters the coupon should state "we don't clean down comforters"...I wasn't told that until I put them on your counter.
