I just moved to this part of town and I thought I'd try MWCleaners because my family used to use your service in The Woodlands for about 15 years. When I was in Memorial, I used a smaller dry clearner that was not a chain. I must say, the sticker price for getting 17 items cleaned was shocking. Double what I paid in Memorial! I'm not sure I will return because of how expensive it was to clean the clothes.
I just moved to Houston and ME cleaners was close to my home. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I felt like the cost of the female blouses were not competitive and found 2 other large cleaners that were much more affordable (200% lower). I also did not feel the alterations were timely and were also very expensive for my daughters school uniforms. I should have bought her a new skirt instead - it cost about the same!! Of note, I did look for prices on your website. There was no information!
Way to expensive for the poor quality.
Terrible - Been loyal a customer for years, but no longer. In the past few months, M&W has ripped a shirt, lost 2 more and no longer does a good job cleaning pants. I am willing to pay more for dry cleaning, but only if its top notch. M&W is the most expensive dry cleaner by far, but the service and quality of cleaning is no longer superior. Strongly do not recommend.
I am giving only two stars because the two items returned for a second cleaning did not come back for nearly two weeks. Additionally, one shirt came back with a hole. I am a long time customer and would like to understand why shirts are coming back stained on a regular basis requiring me to return to your store on Shepherd.
Jay Santerre, personal valet for MW Cleaners, is a great representative for your company. If he notices that a spot was not cleaned properly, he sends the article back to be redone before I even get it. Of course, he always keeps me informed about the status. I really like the pick-up and delivery service.
This is the second time I have dropped of clothing for cleaning. And it is the second time one of my items has been damaged (holes in one new sweater, and the same type of holes in a new shirt). Waiting on response of my second damaged item. I'm not sure what is going on but I chose MW Cleaners for their reputation - and it has been a total disappointment.
Took awhile to get order right recently, (starch in jeans, kaki's), Starch in shirts, but think it's as requested now.
I am frustrated about a credit that I am suppose to receive and have not. I have called twice and it has not shown up on my bill. It was when I sent 2 dresses at the same time with the 2-for-1 coupon and the dresses were returned on separate days and I was billed for both dresses.
