I took my white suit in to be cleaned because the neckline was soiled. After picking up the suit and upon inspection once I got home, the neckline is still soiled. After spending an absurd amount for cleaning, I still have to make two return trips using my gasoline and time to take it back in and pick it up again. This cleaners has ruined two St. John suits and one bedspread before. I thought I would still give them another try, but they continue to disappoint. Will definitely go somewhere else from now on.

Customer service was generally good, and the clothes were cleaned without damage. I dropped my clothes off at around 4pm on Friday and was told I could pick up my clothes between 3-4pm on Saturday. I made a special trip on Saturday to pick them up, to make sure we would have our clothes for the work week. I was told they wouldnt be ready until Monday morning and that whoever was working on Friday shouldn't have told me they would be ready at that time. So I had to come back on Monday after work. When I dropped off my items, I was told that due to the special treatment of the items, it would be 6 to 10 business days before they were ready. 3 days later, the items were ready...Awesome!

I am shocked at the prices you charge. They are outrageous. I had two pair of shorts and one sports shirt cleaned. The charge was $38.95. Outrageous! I will never use you again, and am telling all of my friends and anyone else I can what a rip off your establishment is. Never again!

Staff was not friendly at drop off. Acted as if never seen a tailored mens suit.
