My last delivery included someone else's clothes. I gave them to the front desk at our building but it t makes me concerned it may hAppen to me some day and the person that gets them will not make the effort to get them to me.
Your service was extremely bad. You were unable to deliver all my items together when sent out all at once. MW lost two of my irreplaceable shirts due the above issue. MW did issue a check for the two shirts, however I would have preferred my shirts returned. I have shared this problem with the management of our building and they are keeping an eye on to see if this problem occurs with other residents. I will not be using MW Cleaners in the future. MW may want to change your slogan of Done Right - On Time or it's free.
My wife find your cost is much more than the cleaners we switched to. We tried your service because our daughter and her husband uses your service in the Rice Village area. They can afford your higher cost and uses your pick up and delivery service because it works for them.
Clothes were very well done; however, you might need to work on establishing a smoother transition into your delivery program for new customers. This was a bit of a hassle for me. Perhaps this is a bigger issue for customers living in buildings where there are MW lockers, or perhaps it's just an issue in general. I'll let you be the judge of that. M. Chappell, Esq.
Either the email notification system does not work effectively, or my clothes are not being picked up when I'm told they have been. Most of the time I don't get the "your garments have been received" email until 2+ days after I've dropped them off. I haven't gotten the "your garments have been delivered" on time either, so my clothes have been received late, and also delivered late once or twice. Ok quality but the price is too high. Post Oak cleaners do a better job for the same price.
Too much starch added lately. But MOST CONVENIENT service ever.
Service was convenient and fast except that one jacket was missing and has still not been delivered a week later.
Part of my laundry was missing when I came to pickup. To the credit of your staff, she literally looked manually through almost all the laundry in the back before finding the rest of my order. It was frustrating to have to wait but i appreciated the effort of your employee. But the next day when I looked down at my slacks and saw that the same spill marks were on my slacks as had been there before (and were the reason I took the slacks to be dry cleaned), I was really unhappy.
