I have sent several e-mails without a response and would prefer you remove me from the incesant MW contacts if you do not want to respond to any of them. Summary review; I recently moved into The Esplanade at Hermann Park and was offered to use your service and provided a bag with application to set up an account, pricing and 50% offer on a first order. MW Cleaners 'repaired' a blouse of mine for $19 w/out my prior approval in November 2014. I have emailed and called MW Cleaners about this issue numerous times, w/ absolutely no response from MW Cleaners by email or phone. Given the fact that MW Cleaners costs are higher than average, I would have thought the service level would be extremely high. Sadly, this is not the case. In fact, I would rate the service as exceptionally poor.
Larry the delivery driver was and still is great. Problems that occurred was lost shirts, damaged shirts and a constant problem with the coupons that were provided from MWCleaners NOT being applied to my orders. That left me constantly emailing or calling customer service or Larry to have them credit my account. Just got old so I stopped using MWC.
Great service and quality! Larry is always so friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that your website is not user friendly. I have to call for pickup service. I have registered and can never sign in.
I had two terrible experiences. It was working as a combo: highest price+bad quality. I sent emails with photos to complain about service and nobody answered me. Never more!
Timely and nicely done, as usual. Only concern is that on my dress shirts (of which you do 5 of them per week) the collars are not all the way down in the back when you press them . . . hence the collars are rolling and are pressed that way . . . we have to re-iron them at home which is not why we send the shirts to you in the first place. All the dry cleaning is perfect.
As a long standing customer along with my two sons and their families, I have requested my monthly coupons and have not as yet received them. PLEASE email to me. Ashley has been our driver and she is outstanding. Happy you have promoted her but sorry to lose her personal service. She is really excellent in every way!
Unresponsive customer service and unreliable service. The pickup convenience of having a drop off at the apartment was far outweighed by the inconvenience of having to email, call and, follow up calls to find out where my clothes were.
Your service is awful. We tried signing up for your house service and never could coordinate the day you were supposed to come. I emailed cll14@tmw.com and mwccs@tmw.com and also called every number I could find on your website and no one ever responded. The phone system just hangs up on you. Even your driver said the office schedules the wrong days on the automated emails. Will not be using your company.
