They were excellent from 12 to 4 moths ago. Now, missing items, extra items, broken buttons (even on dry clean stuff), and returned to me with missing buttons! Honestly, this is like reviewing two different businesses -- until 3 or 4 months ago: 5 stars. Since then 2 stars at best. (so i will score it 3). I can only explain this as key personnel changes. Not sure how much more i will go there.
dropped off wash and fold 11/10 before 9am to be picked up between 6-7pm, as i usually do, returned at 630pm , mw employee argues me saying they never do same day wash and fold and that they went through my bag and a few things need dry cleaning. but it would be ready the next day. returned the next day at 630pm and clothes were still not there, and the mw employee, different one, said it is scheduled to be returned 11/24. she did leave a note for manager and the clothes did arrive the next day. the mistake wasn't that big o... read more
You have good service, but I had to switch because of your pricing. The dry cleaner by my house is almost half the price.
Recently, my wife and I have encountered dissatisfaction with the service from your business, not with the service staff but with the cleaning and operations. My wife dropped off a feather bed comforter that came back wet and in a plastic bag. For the past few weeks som we of my shirts gave come back looking like they gave been over pressed, wrinkled and as if they had been pressed with too much heat. I have sent them back several times....still hoping for positive results from both the shirts and the feather bed.
Counter and pick up and drop service are great, however you cant seem to get a white shirt clean. My comparison is Davis Cleaners in Chicago, they clean my shirts, no stains around the color, put new stays in and your company cant seem to get the white shirt clean or put new stays in.
The ladies that helped me were very nice, and more than helpful. However, $21 is entirely too much to pay for 2 shirts and 2 slacks. I pay $8 max everywhere else, so unfortunately will not be back.
Afraid you lost my service when my wife dropped off her dress and it was never seen again and you refused to replace it.
On my visit prior to my last, the location misplaced my dress shirt. On my last visit I get a shirt that not mine. I've been with this store for six months and with the memorial store for fifteen years and I've never experienced this... Should I be concerned?
