By coincidence i ran into a delivery supervisor at the Metropole and noticed that one of my garments was dry cleaned for a $10 fee, when it was simply a shirt to be laundered. This female rep, whose name i dont recall, told me that the price will be credited to my account.
Incorrect items returned. This is the fourth time this has happened.
Usually you do a great job but in the last two visits one of my husbands shirts and a pair of slacks came back from cleaning with the stain that it had when it went in.
I am not sure what happened over the last month or so but the service is non-existent. On several occasions, my clothes have hung on the door of my home for more than a week, until I drop them off at the store. I am extremely disappointed with the service as of late. Please make a correction.

Horrible customer service. I have emailed and called several times to complain about lax service, w/ absolutely no response from the customer service team.
They did not honor the 30% off for new members that was advertised and I also put the coupon/advertisement in the bag to remind the people picking up and they didn't give me that. Also, I only had 8 garments (7 blouses and 1 jacket) and they charged me for 11!
Horrible, lost my clothes, not once, twice but three times. Finally got my clothes back after almost 2 weeks for a simple cleaning
I tried to use MW Cleaners last spring because we recently moved to Houston, and were still figuring out the city. I signed up via the website for pickup service. Nobody picked up anything on the day that we were promised. I called, and also contacted via the website, and guess what?
