Hello. I was overcharged for my items, and I did not receive my promised 30% discount for starting the service. I also was charged for 6 shirts that were dry cleaned that only needed to be laundered.

The staff, service, and quality at the Memorial Drive cleaning location are very good and should be commended. Having said that, my one BIG complaint would be the $50 shirt coupons I periodically get to redeem at TMW which are not usable. I have received several of these coupons as I get a lot of shirts serviced by you but the stores never have had shirts, I am told I can buy a $100 or more shirt but never do they have one that I can just redeem the coupon. If I could give negative stars I would. My first time to MW Cleaning, the staff wouldn't allow me to use a $5 coupon on a $70 order. One of the dresses had to be re-cleaned; when I picked up the re-cleaned dress it still was not cleaned properly, then the attendants had the audacity to try to charge me twice for the re-cleaning of the still unclean dress. I dropped my wife's blouse off several weeks ago to find that a spot from a tag from your cleaners has damaged the item. Each week I get an email that the blouse is ready only to find that the stain that the dry cleaners put on the blouse is still there.

Pick up and drop off are always great. The afternoon guy knows me as soon as I drive up and gets my laundry. Very nice guy. Clothes are generally cleaned and pressed well. My bank sent me a new chip debit card And as a result my on file payment was invalid. I did not have a good experience with the woman (manager) at MW who called me for a new cc number. I came to your store for less than two months and in that short time I had one of my suit buttons broken and two of my shirts lost and never recovered. I went to the same dry cleaner in NYC for four years and they never lost a single shirt or did anything that resulted in any damage. I won't be doing business with MW Cleaners again

they forgot to apply my coupon. She actually suggested coming back the next day when the manager was on duty so the coupon can be applied. So they want me to come back a 2nd time? Not the first time it's happened. Lots of turnover, some staff are very diligent but some are indifferent.

Outrageously expensive. $24.00 per dress.. No dress needed special care. I should have asked about pricing but I didn't know this was even possible. The quality is not even great. $250.00 for 13 items and I had to bring one dress back to be corrected due to color transfers. This happened a few weeks ago and I'm still sick about it. People are being greatly taken advantage of. I could have paid a fraction for my dry cleaning with much better quality.

If service is your concern over price, then this place is where you should take your cleaning. Service was over-the-top. Cost was also over-the-top
