My husband doesn't like his shirts sent back in a "cascading" way. I repeatedly have to point this out. The folks at my location are very nice about it - but the problem is obviously at the place where the clothes are cleaned. It's very annoying. I'm willing to give it one or two more times before I'll need to find a cleaners who gets this correct consistently. Doesn't seem like this would be too difficult to follow through on.

I brought around 7 or 8 Robert Graham shirts in to be cleaned and was charged the normal charge for this to be done but when my wife picked them up and brought them home i found that the shirts had been laundered and starch was used on them. This is not acceptable and its bad for the shirt.

Your quality has dropped off significantly. I get pants or shirts back that have broken zippers missing buttons or snags almost every week now. For the price you charge that is not acceptable and I have started looking for another option for my dry cleaning needs.

Only problem was I dropped off my items as one bag, but received my shirts two different days. I'm glad they were not lost, but it was a bit confusing because I thought they were lost since I only received half of my items in the first delivery.

Consistently good with both deliveries and notices of scheduled holidays. The *only* two criticisms are: 1) that unscheduled delays are not communicated - usually my spouse and I have to mentally note that what we got back isn't what we sent. Then, I check on my "we received N garments" email and compare to what we got back. Then, we check with our valet who confirms the delay, but only if we ask. 2) MWCleaners, like every other cleaners in the area, just can't quite get shirt collars back without crushing them. This is the second time that an item of my clothing has been lost. It takes weeks to hear back and I have to follow up religiously in order to get a response - and my clothing is still missing. The customer service is lacking but when my items are returned they are correctly cleaned.

I had sent some pants in for my wife that needed to be altered and left a detailed note on what needed to be done. I sent two pair of pants, one to be altered that did not need dry cleaning and one pair to get the length from and dry cleaned. The pants needing altered were not altered and both pair were dry cleaned. I called the office and driver. The office was helpful in saying they will reimburse for the dry cleaning on the one that didn't need it, I need to check and make sure that it has been reimbursed. The driver was ... read more

I had a terrible experience with the company. I tried them after seeing "free pick up and delivery". For one, it's not free- it's built into the price. The pricing is no where to be found and is about 3x as much as a neighborhood cleaner. Secondly, my clothes weren't even clean (some had the same dirty spots that my regular cleaner later got out easily). Lastly, I tried to contact the office about these issues directly. Service was great and location is perfect for me BUT the price was shocking. I have never paid $9.09 for any one piece of regular, nothing special work clothes to be dry cleaned and pressed. My 4 pieces were $38.
